Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical nature blue powder. The solubility in water (50 ℃) is 50g/L. The aqueous solution is turquoise blue, the addition of 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is sky blue, followed by the addition of hydrosulfite and warm it is navy blue, and then the addition of sodium perborate solution is light turquoise blue. It is bright green in concentrated sulfuric acid, and emerald blue after dilution. It is emerald blue in concentrated nitric acid, and light emerald blue after dilution. |
Use | Uses reactive Alexandrite KM-GB is mainly used for cotton fiber dyeing and cotton fabric direct printing. It is also used for Vinylon dyeing. In addition to use alone, can be combined with the active yellow M-7G Green, a rather deep green. Can also be combined with the active yellow M-7G, brilliant red M-2B composition of the three primary colors, mix dyeing medium color, the fastness is better. It is also used for direct printing of cotton fabric, and dyeing of polyester-cotton fabric with disperse dyes in the same bath. |
Raw Materials | Ethylenediamine SULFATE STANDARD Copper(II) Phthalocyanine (α-form) Copper(II) Phthalocyanine (α-form) 2-[(4-Aminophenyl)sulfonyl]ethyl hydrogen sulfate Cyanuric chloride |
Using copper phthalocyanine, chlorosulfonic acid, acetylethylenediamine, cyanuric chloride, and p (2-sulfate ethyl sulfone group) aniline as raw materials, first copper phthalocyanine and chlorosulfonic acid are subjected to chlorosulfonation reaction, followed by ammonolysis, and then condensation with acetylethylenediamine, after hydrolysis (I). The first condensation of cyanuric chloride with p (2-sulfate ethyl sulfone group) aniline followed by a second condensation with (I) gave the product. The finished product is salted out, filtered and dried.
